Restaurant Manager/Owner, Choy Chan has been in the catering industry for over 25 years. She opened this restaurant with a vision to bring chinese food with a modern twist to the table.
Assistant Manager, Ying Asir has been with Pin Wei for 2 1/2 years, she first worked as a waitress then slowly moved her way up to head waitress then to assistant manager.
Head Waitress, Sasa Cheng has been with Pin Wei for 2 years, she first worked as a waitress then was promoted to Head Waitress.
Head Chef, Charlie Cheah has recently joined Pin Wei after working in London's, Chinatown. He has changed a few of the dishes on the menu and hopes that the customers will enjoy it.
Sous Chef, Fung Yu has also recently joined Pin Wei after working in Birmingham. He has been a chef for 7 years and has found his place in Pin Wei so that he can progress in his cooking. He wants Pin Wei to become successful and hopes that the customers will enjoy the food and the atmosphere.
Commis Chef, Jimmy Ho has been with Pin Wei for 2 1/2 years. He came from Hong Kong and wanted to gain more experience to further his career as a chef.
Kitchen Porter, Sunny Fang has recently joined Pin Wei and hopes to gain more experience and will be able to progress to a chef.
